Investment Strategy

We acquire underperforming and value-add assets with the goal of improving them through leasing, property upgrades, and renovations. Once a property is improved with a stabilized rent roll and increased net operating income, we have the option to either hold the asset to generate consistent distributions for investors or exit the investment by selling it to a buyer who is looking for a steady income stream

We identify stabilized multi-family opportunities in our target markets that we project will provide greater than average returns due to economic growth.

We also focus on multi-family and build-to-rent (BTR) townhome development. This includes identifying raw land opportunities, and completing the necessary entitlements to develop Class A communities in desirable suburbs. We also acquire new construction BTR assets with lease-up risk. Utilizing our lease-up and asset management experience, we implement an aggressive lease-up strategy to stabilize the asset.
