We identify raw land opportunities and complete entitlements to develop Class A BTR townhome communities and apartment communities in desirable suburbs with limited rental supply.
Value-Add Opportunities
We acquire underperforming multifamily assets and improve them through targeted leasing strategies, property upgrades, and operational enhancements to increase NOI and asset value.

Andy Ashwal
Asset Management & DevelopmentOver 18 years of experience in real estate development, construction, and asset management. Andy has developed over 1,000 apartments and managed more than 5,000 units across multiple markets. He holds a Master's in Construction Executive Management from NYU.

Kevin Jury
Acquisitions & Capital Markets8 years of experience in real estate advisory and acquisitions, specializing in multifamily investment properties. Previously a CPA at KPMG, Kevin has transacted over 1,750 units and $140M in sales volume. B.S. and Master's in Accountancy from the University of Kansas.

Code Williams
Investor RelationsSpecializes in complex commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, and lease negotiations. With a strong underwriting background, Code spent 17 years in Oil & Gas exploration, closing transactions exceeding $100 million.
